Jason Gavin

Jason Gavin is currently a story editor on the final season of Greek. His writing credits include Friday Night Lights, Royal Pains and According To Jim. He co-chairs the WGA’s American Indian Writers Committee. After graduating from Harvard University, Jason worked on Capitol Hill as a lobbyist for American Indian colleges. During this time he helped pass a federal law allocating over $100 million to underserved tribal communities, and guided a successful Executive Order signed by President Clinton that allows American Indians equal access to higher education. Jason also worked for the American Indian Science & Engineering Society, traveling to over 50 reservations.
