Beth Armogida is an Emmy-nominated and Writers Guild Award-nominated writer. She got her start writing comedy for Darrell Hammond on a radio show in Orlando. She moved to LA and landed her first network job on Whose Line Is It Anyway? For almost five years, she was a staff writer for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (Part 1). Her writing credits include the Academy Awards, the Emmy Awards, the Kennedy Center Mark Twin Prize for American Humor specials, tthe Writers Guild Awards, the DGA Awards and the Guys Choice Awards. She also wrote an episode of the award-winning show Monk entitled “Mr. Monk and the Dog,” which earned her a nomination for the Humane Society’s Genesis Awards. Beth is developing hour-long TV dramas and comedies, works as a punch-up writer for features and speeches and continues to write for celebrities, comedians, TV specials and roasts.
