2011 Theatrical and Television Basic Agreement

This schedule covers the entire term of the 2011 Basic Agreement, but is not the total contract. If there is any inconsistency between this schedule and the Basic Agreement, the Basic Agreement shall prevail.

Effective May 2, 2012, the contribution rate to the Producer-Writers Guild of America Pension Plan ("Pension Plan") will increase by .25% — from 7.5% of reportable compensation to 7.75% of reportable compensation. This change is a result of the Guild exercising its authority to divert monies to the Pension Plan from the salary increases scheduled to go into effect on May 2. Therefore, the increase in minimums, effective May 2, 2012, will be 1.75%, rather than 2%.

Effective May 2, 2013, the contribution rate to the Producer-Writers Guild of America Pension Plan ("Pension Plan") will increase by .25% — from 7.75% of reportable compensation to 8% of reportable compensation. This change is a result of the Guild exercising its authority to divert monies to the Pension Plan from the salary increases scheduled to go into effect on May 2. Therefore, the increase in minimums, effective May 2, 2013, will be 1.75%, rather than 2%.
