1This is a base rental charge that includes the professional services of our Technician/Projectionist and House Manager, projection of in-house formats (35mm Composite Print, Betacam SP, Blu-ray, DVD), and use of Screening Room only (Reception Space not included).
2Includes use of our Christie CP2000X Projector and the following Digital Projection formats: DCI JPEG2000, HDCAM SR, and D5 HD (Full Technical Run-Through/Sound Check not included).
3Includes use of Reception Space for food & beverage gathering before and/or after main event in Screening Room (food & beverage not included), Pantry, V.I.P. Green Room, Bar, and services of an additional House Manager.
4Includes early access to the Theater for a Technical Run-Through/Sound Check/Rehearsal with Theater Staff.
5Includes use of up to 8 wireless handheld microphones and bodypack transmitters. Audio recording on CD available upon request.
6Includes the professional services of an additional Projectionist up to 5 hours.
7The Writers Guild Theater contains over six levels of covered parking in the adjacent structure north of the building and south of Wilshire Boulevard on the west side of Doheny Drive. The non-prepaid rate is $5 after 5pm on weeknights and all-day on Saturday and Sunday.
