1This is the base rental charge which includes the professional services of our Technician/Projectionist and House Manager, in-house projection formats (DCP, DVD/Blu-ray, 35mm, etc.) and use of Screening Room only (Reception Space not included).
2Dolby 3D capabilities with adult & childrenŐs glasses.
3Includes early access to the Theater for a Technical Run-Through/Sound Check/Rehearsal with Projectionist.
4Includes the professional services of an additional Projectionist up to 5 hours.
5Includes use of up to 8 wireless handheld microphones and bodypack transmitters for the purposes of a Q&A or panel discussion.
6Includes use of Reception Space for food & beverage gathering before and/or after main event(s) and/or screening(s) in Auditorium (food & beverage not included), Pantry, V.I.P. Green Room, Bar, and services of an additional House Manager.
7The Writers Guild Theater contains over six levels of covered parking in the adjacent structure north of the building and south of Wilshire Boulevard on the west side of Doheny Drive. The non-prepaid rate is $5 after 5pm on weeknights and all-day on Saturday and Sunday.
