These foreign levies pages have been redesigned to provide comprehensive information to writers and their heirs who might be entitled to foreign levies payments.

Among the new features, users can:

• Search the list of writers’ names for whom the Guild is holding foreign levies but lacks payment information.

• Search the list of titles for which the Guild is holding foreign levies but has not identified the writer or lawful heir.

• Provide the Guild with information about a non-WGA title which you believe may entitle you to foreign levies.

In addition to these search functions, these pages provide answers to frequently asked questions about the foreign levies program, as well as information about program history and operation, and the recently-concluded class action litigation.
