Declare earnings received from but not limited to: any and all writing services covered by the WGA Agreement(s), including the Informational Programs and Interactive Letters of Adherence, screen, free television, pay television, basic cable, PBS, video cassettes, discs and radio; options and/or sales of literary material covered by the WGA Agreement(s); settlements of claims for writing services, or pay or play deals, whether or not services were actually performed; monies derived from profit participations; royalties, merchandising payments and/or program fees; and exploitation of separated rights (e.g., sequel payments).
The Low Budget Agreement offers partial or complete deferments for narrative screenplay purchases and/or the first rewrite for qualified theatrical film projects budgeted at $1.2 million and below. This agreement must be requested by the Writer(s) and amends payment of standard low budget MBA minimums applicable to theatrical films budgeted at less than $5 million.

Weekly Compensation for Employment Under Article 14 of the Guild’s MBA
Writer/Producer (Capacity Code: 14.K): No less than the applicable weekly minimum pursuant to Article 14.K of the WGA Agreement per week employed plus program fees and script fees for which you are separately compensated.
Writer/Producer under Article 14.K., (generally for a specific series), income is reportable at 100% of Article 14.K. weekly compensation plus program fees and script fees.
Example: Multiply the number of weeks employed this quarter by 100% of the applicable Article 14.K. weekly minimum. This will determine your salary for this quarter. Also report all program fees and script fees. Please list separately.
Article 14.E(2) Development Deals (Capacity Code: 14.E.2): Under contracts which provide for crediting of guaranteed compensation against writing and non-writing services, dues are reportable at 110% of Article 14.K. minimums per week employed, plus program fees and monies actually credited for specific writing services.
Writer/Producer under Article 14.E.2, (developing product for production), income is reportable at 110% of Article 14.K. weekly minimum. Program fees and monies actually credited for specific writing services are reportable at 100% of compensation, (e.g., Pilot Fees).
Example: Multiply the number of weeks employed this quarter by 110% of the applicable Article 14.K. weekly minimum. This will determine your salary for this quarter. Report all program fees and income for specific writing services at 100% of compensation.
Story Editor, Story Consultant, Story Supervisor and other enhanced titles are required to declare 100% of compensation. For applicable code, refer to Capacity Codes.
