Agency Campaign Update: Agreement with APA Dashboard Dashboard

Dear Members,

Today the WGA signed a franchise agreement with the Agency for the Performing Arts (APA). Prior to April 2019 APA represented more than 400 WGA members, and as of today, the agency may represent WGA members for covered writing services again.

The APA agreement contains the same terms as the Gersh agreement signed last week. You can read the APA agreement here. Our most-favored-nations clause means any franchised agency may choose to adopt the terms of this agreement.

Our goal remains to move the negotiation process forward with the remaining unsigned agencies. We will keep you updated as progress is made.
