WGAW Statement on DC Circuit Court of Appeals Net Neutrality Decision
Los Angeles – "In 2018, California passed the strongest net neutrality protections in the country. Today’s decision from the DC Circuit Court of Appeals paves the way for more states to follow California’s lead in protecting an open internet. At the same time, the Senate must acknowledge that the vast majority of Americans support net neutrality and pass the Save the Internet Act, requiring the FCC to uphold its responsibility to protect the public interest.”
